Tons of money is being made not only by the franchise owners, promoters, sponsors and of course, the Boards, but also by foreign players. Do you need to be super skilled and talented player to make it to these teams? No. Where else would mediocre and even retired players get picked? eg Wasim Jaffer, Sunil Joshi, Justin Langer !!! You got to be kidding!! Is the T20 event real or mere joke? Why is the Indian Public in particular blind to the senseless waste of money, time and resources? Moral of the IPL and ICL events: Retire early. Wake up India. There is so much to be done for the country and its people. Forget cricket for once and see reality.
